Class Descriptions

CrossFit Group Class (CF Class): These are our standard CrossFit Group classes.  Each day there will be a new WOD (“Workout of the Day”) that is part of a complete program to improve your health and fitness. (Included in your Unlimited Membership.)

Foundations: The 4 class program here at Silver Wolf CrossFit that we use to teach many of the basic movements that you will need for the workouts.  Think of it as your initiation into the pack!  After completing the Foundations program you should feel confident entering the regular CrossFit classes. Members are always welcome to repeat any Foundations class at any point. (Included in your Unlimited Membership.)

Boot Camp: These classes use the H.I.I.T. method to get you quick results.  In High Intensity Interval Training work and rest periods are carefully timed to maximize the change you want to see in your body.  We incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight movements to get you physically fit.

Open Gym: Additional time outside of our standard CrossFit Group classes to work independently on skills, strength or endurance.  This is not an instructor led class but rather an opportunity to take more time to work on your own.  An instructor will always be on-site during these times but will not be providing direct coaching.  

Kid’s Pack Classes: A fun-filled workout class designed just for kids. Each class will include kid specific instruction, movements and programming along with 15 minutes of free time and games.  These classes run in 6 week sessions.
