Join the Silver Wolf RESET REVITALIZE Program

Have you been telling yourself that it’s time to get in shape? Have you been dreaming about finally getting stronger and leaner? Are you ready to get fit?!  These classes use the H.I.I.T. method to get you quick results.  In High Intensity Interval Training work and rest periods are carefully timed to maximize the change you want to see in your body.  We incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight movements to get you physically fit.


Class Schedule:

6:15am EXPRESS CLASS Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm

                                                        Saturday 9:00am                                                    

Led by CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Certified Cody Starnes and Certified Personal Trainer Taylor Kraft.  All fitness levels welcome – no experience necessary.  First class is always FREE!
