Foundations

4 classes
$199/person

This will be an introduction and education to CrossFit. You will build confidence as well as awareness on how to properly perform and execute both lifts and workouts.  Our coaching staff will teach, execute, and guide you through the basic movements in a CrossFit program to prepare you for the group classes. With both morning and evening times, this 4 session program will give you the knowledge on how to safely perform movements and the confidence to join a group setting class. We also provided one-on-one foundations classes and can schedule these to accommodate your schedule.

CrossFit

12 Classes per month
$130/person

This membership entitles you to attend 12 CrossFit group classes a month where experienced coaches will lead you and a small group of others through a warm-up, skill or strength session and a daily WOD. These one hour classes are great to supplement other training. These classes may involve a combination of any or all of the following: running, weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and gymnastics.  Workouts will include the use of various tools such as rowers, kettlebells, barbells, plyo boxes, medicine balls, pull up bars, gymnastics rings, and climbing ropes.

Reset Revitalize

Unlimited Reset Classes: $115*

Have you been telling yourself that it’s time to get in shape? Have you been dreaming about finally getting stronger and leaner? Are you ready to get fit?!  These classes use the H.I.I.T. method to get you quick results.  In High Intensity Interval Training work and rest periods are carefully timed to maximize the change you want to see in your body.  We incorporate dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight movements to get you physically fit.

All fitness levels welcome – no experience necessary.  First class is always FREE!

*3 month commitment required!

CrossFit Classes

Experience the benefits of one-on-one training with a member of our experienced coaching staff.  Your personal coach will guide you and support you through the process of becoming the best you possible.  If you feel as if classes make you uncomfortable, techniques are not where you want them, or you are looking to make faster progress personal training is for you. Not getting to full depth on an air squat? Don’t feel comfortable yet doing snatches? Or maybe you haven’t mastered the kipping swing on your pull-ups. No matter what goal you are attempting to achieve we have a coach that can help you reach your goal.

We only want people here who want to be here.  If you aren’t satisfied at any point during your journey here, you are welcome to cancel your membership.  We merely require 30 days advance notice written notice to give us time to cancel the automatic draft – if your membership is set to renew during this 30 day period, you will be charged this one additional time. We do not offer any refunds.
